Initiates a phone call to a name or company saved
on the terminal contact list.
Note: Company can only be used if the Name field
on the contact list is empty.
Initiates a phone call to a name or company on the
terminal contact list when more than one location is
saved (e.g., Home, Home2, Work, Mobile, Cell and
Car).
Dial a specific phone number (i.e. nnn-nnnn, nnn-
nnn-nnnn, 1-nnn-nnn-nnnn, and n-1-1)
Initiates a call to the last phone number received.
Redials the last call made.
View saved contact information. You can select a
phone number, and then initiate the call from the
contact screen.
Set the ringer volume to a specific level (i.e., High,
Medium, Low, Vibrate or Off).
Hear a list of calls missed and reset the missed
calls count.
Enable or disable reminder announcements
Hear the next scheduled appointment or meeting.
Hear a list of upcoming appointments for the time
specified (e.g., today or tomorrow).
Press the Voice Command button during
appointment playback and say:
• Next to skip to the next appointment
• Previous to hear the previous appointment
• Repeat to hear the current appointment again
• Cancel to stop hearing appointments
