Setting up the terminal for Voice Command

To utilize the Voice Command feature you must set one of the six programmable buttons on the terminal
for "Voice Command" initiation.
1. Touch
> Settings
2. Touch on the name of the Button you want to press to initiate voice command input.
3. Select Voice Command on the Assign a program drop down list.
4. Touch OK to save.
5. Touch Voice Command
6. On the Voice Command screen, check the Enabled box. Select the applications you want
accessible using voice commands, set voice reminder and notification preferences, and enable or
disable password protection.
7. Touch OK.

Using Voice Command

Once you have configured the terminal for Voice Command input:
1. Press the button you programmed to initiate Voice Command input.
Note: A microphone appears on Title bar at the top the screen when Voice Command is activated.
2. Ask a query or speak a command (e.g., What time is it? or Send e-mail).
Note: When using some action commands, the terminal will ask if the command is correct before completion.
Indicate Yes to complete the command or No to try the command again.
