Clean the printing head frequently to ensure optimum printing performance. To
clean the head, first unplug the power cord, open the paper compartment cover
(grasp the finger hold on the right side of the cover and pull up), and remove the fax
paper.

Wipe the printing head with a soft cloth

dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
Caution!
Do not use benzene or thinne~ Avoid touching the head with hard objects.
The head may be hot ;f your fax machine hasjust received a large number of
documents. /f this is the case, allow the head to cool prior to c/caning.
