SENDING DOCUMENTS
When to use the document carrier
The document carrier gives you a means of sending certain documents which
cannot otherwise be loaded into the feeder. Use it for the following types of
documents:
Documents which are torn.
Documents smaller than the minimum size.
Carbon-backed documents (insert a sheet of white paper between the carbon
back of the document and the document carrier).
Documents which are easily smudged.
Instructions for using the document carrier are provided on its back.
Note: If the document cartieris ditiy, clean it with a sofl c/oth moistened with
water. Make sure it has dried completely before using it for transmission.
