Before contacting customer support please check the following:

Machine doesn't work

The product is not powered-on

Severe entanglement of the

The dirty water tank is full

The dirty water tank has reached
the Max line
Window and dirty water tank are
not installed in place
The roller brush body is
entangled with hair

tank has reached the MAX line
Water shortage in the clean
water tank
The spray button is not

SOLUTION
Charge the machine
Separately press the On/Off
button again
Clean the roller brush body
Clean the dirty water tank
Re-install the battery pack
After tilting the machine, the
roller brush can work
Empty out and clean the dirty
water tank
Re-install
Clean the roller brush body
Clean the filter
Charge the machine
Clean foreign objects in the
suction port
Clean the dirty water tank
Add water to the clean water
tank
Press the water spray switch
