About Auto Carrier Config Selection

The SIM Selection app provides the ability to manually select the carrier
configuration you want to use; however, we do not recommend manually selecting
the carrier unless there is an issue with connecting to the WWAN network. When
Carrier Config is set to "Auto," the carrier will be selected automatically based on
the carrier-provided nano-SIM card or the QR code scanned for the eSIM. If you
need to change the carrier manually, select your carrier's name from the Carrier
Config drop-down list. If there is not an appropriate option, select "ROW" (Rest of
World).

Activate the Phone

You can use either a nano-SIM card or eSIM (on supported CT47 models) to
activate the phone and connect to a mobile network. Available SIM options are
model and mobile carrier dependent. Contact your mobile service provider to
obtain a nano-SIM card, QR code for eSIM provisioning, or for additional details on
phone network activation.
CT47 WWAN models include either two nano-SIM card sockets or one nano-SIM
card socket and eSIM.
On CT47 WWAN models with one nano-SIM card socket and eSIM, the SIMs are
identified as:
50
DSDS, tap the OFF button.
The device reboots. After the device has restarted, the button next to Dual SIM
Dual Standby will display ON, and SIM Slot 1 and SIM Slot 2 will be displayed
in the app.
SIM 1 = Removable nano-SIM card
SIM 2 = eSIM
