INTELLIDOX DOCKING MODULE
The LCD changes to red and a hardware error message is displayed.
The inlet key was removed while the module was activated. To insert the inlet
key:
If the error persists, contact Honeywell Analytics.
The module does not recognize a USB flash drive.
The USB port is disabled in software.
In software, verify the module is configured to support USB file transfers. Modify
the configuration file in if necessary, and then transfer the updated file to one or
more modules. See Transferring the Configuration File to a Module via USB
Flash Drive.
The USB flash drive is damaged.
In software, verify the module is configured to support USB file transfers. Use a
different USB flash drive to transfer the file. See Transferring the Configuration
File to a Module via USB Flash Drive. If problems persist, contact Honeywell
Analytics.
The module configuration is not updated when a new configuration file is
transferred via USB flash drive.
The file name is incorrect.
Change the configuration file name to ICF_00_000.cof.
The file is not in the System folder on the USB flash drive.
Create a folder called System on the USB flash drive. Move the configuration
update file to the System folder.
The module displays the message Firmware not supported.
You plugged a cradle in the module that is not compatible with the module firmware
version.
Remove the incompatible cradle, and replace it with a cradle that is compatible
with the module firmware version. Follow these steps:
The firmware version is not compatible with the cradle you want to use.
Put the old cradle in, update the module firmware to a compatible version for the
cradle you want to use, and install the new cradle. Follow these steps:

Disconnect the module power supply.
2.
Insert the inlet key.
3.
Connect the power supply.
1.
Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet.
2.
Remove the cradle that caused the message.
3.
Install a compatible cradle to the (most likely the cradle you were using
before the error message). See Replace Detector Cradle and
Calibration
Insert.
4.
Connect the power cord to the AC outlet.
1.
Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet.
2.
Remove the cradle that caused the message.
3.
Plug in a compatible cradle to the circuit board (most likely the cradle
you were using before the error message).
4.
Update the module firmware to a compatible version for the cradle you
want to use. See Update Firmware.
