Connecting the Camera with a Smartphone

This section explains how to connect the camera with a smartphone. The connection
method you need to use depends on whether or not the smartphone you are using
supports Bluetooth wireless technology.
Bluetooth wireless technology smartphone:
After registering the camera on the G'z EYE app (page 54), establish a wireless LAN
connection (page 55).
Non-Bluetooth wireless technology smartphone:
Establish a wireless LAN connection between the camera and smartphone (page 55).
Registering the Camera on the G'z EYE app (Pairing)
To use the camera with a Bluetooth wireless technology capable smartphone,
perform the procedure below to register the camera on the G'z EYE app.
• Registering the camera on the G'z EYE app causes the camera's time and date
settings to be synchronized with the smartphone's settings.
• After registering the camera on the G'z EYE app, they will connect with each other
automatically using Bluetooth wireless technology any time you turn on the
camera.
IMPORTANT!
• Perform the procedure below after enabling both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
of the smartphone.
