19 Take the compensating plate. Replace the
O‐ring (2) with a new, greased O‐ring.
Check the sliding ring (1) for damage.
Replace it if necessary.
20 Slide the compensating plate onto the
valve shank all the way to the stop. Im‐
portant! Make sure not to damage the
O‐ring (1) or change its position. Make sure
that the compensating plate is positioned
correctly. The sliding ring (2) should be on
top and the O‐ring (3) underneath it.
21 Secure the compensating plate with a new
retaining ring (1).
22 Insert the valve shank (1) back into the
actuator assembly from above. The
compensating plate should sit tightly inside
the upper part of the guide bush (2).
23 Take the valve plate. Check the sealing
edge for damage. The sealing edge must
not have any scratches or dents. If neces‐
sary, replace the valve plate with a new
one.
