Set Up a Single Phone for a Headset
You can configure a single phone for headset support. To configure a group of phones, use the Common
Phone Profile.
Procedure
Step 1
Sign into Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration as an administrator.
Step 2
Select Device > Phone
Step 3
Locate the phone associated with the user.
Step 4
Navigate to the Product Specific Configuration Layout pane and set the fields.
Step 5
Check the Override Enterprise/Common Phone Profile Settings check box for any changed fields.
Step 6
Click Save.
Step 7
Click Apply Config.
Step 8
Restart the phone.

Headset Administration on Webex Control Hub

Check Headset Inventory in Cisco Webex Control Hub

You can view and sort through individual headsets connected to Cisco Webex Teams for Windows and Mac
through Webex Control Hub. Each headset page displays headset model, serial number, firmware version,
connection status, and how long the headset has been connected.
Procedure
Step 1
From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com/, go to Devices.
Step 2
Select a headset from the inventory.
