The "ON" state of Output Relay #1 (Breaker TRIP) shows that a TRIP command has been
sent to the breaker.
Output Relay #2 (CLOSE)

The "ON" state of Output Relay #2 (Breaker CLOSE) shows that a CLOSE command has
been sent to the breaker.
Output Relay #3 (START INHIBIT)
