Saving Calls list entries

Your base station can save on average about 200 Calls list entries. The base station's
actual memory space depends on the size of the individual Calls list entries. For exam-
ple, the size is influenced by the length of the stored numbers.
Once the maximum number of storable Calls list entries is reached, the oldest entry is
overwritten when a new call is made.
!
Calls list entries overwritten in the base station cannot be restored.
If you want to avoid losing Calls list entries, you should start talk&surf at regular inter-
vals:
When it is started, talk&surf reads in the current entries and settings of the base sta-
u
tion. This copies the Calls list entries to your PC and saves them in talk&surf.
You can then use talk&surf to edit and manage these entries in the Calls list folder.
u
With talk&surf you can print out Calls list entries or export them in a different file
format.
Printing the Calls list
Use the Print preview menu command to open a window where you can check the
quality of the print out on the screen and make any adjustments before actually printing
the list.
Use the Print menu command to start printing the current Calls list. You can print out
the entire Calls list or select a Calls list filter for the print out.
Exporting the Calls list
Use the Export menu command to store the current Calls list or a Calls list filter on your
PC for processing in a different program.
You can choose from file formats CSV, DIF, PRN, XLS, TXT, or HTML.
