Calling a Calls list entry

Precondition:
In the Configuration > Base settings > Assignments dialogue, the Link
telephone with PC option must be activated if you want to use this func-
i
tion.
You will find a detailed description in Chapter "Assigning a device for PC
dialling" on page 63.

Click Directories in Folder list.
This opens the directory manager.
ì
Select the directory.
Its entries are then displayed.
ì
Click the entry you want to call.
This highlights the entry.
ì
Click the Phone button.
This sets up the connection via the telephone assigned to the PC.
