Technical Overview of 15VDC Input Power Supply Card

There are 3 sets of termination blocks as shown in the previous page, the following provides a
brief description of the uses for each of them :-
This card is not to be used for UL Listed System
Reference DC 15V Input T1-1 & T1-2
The 15V DC Input Power Supply Card is designed for the use in other parts of the world that
does not requires UL Listing, it accepts 15VDC direct on terminal block T1 from an external
Power Supply Unit.
NOTICE!

This card ONLY accept 15VDC. Do not connect 110VAC or 230VAC to this terminal.
Reference Main Power Fail Output T2-6 & T2-5
This output allows you to indicate the power source status. When there is a power failure from
the 15VDC, it will trigger the Main Power Fail Output from normally close contact to open. To
utilize this feature, you need to connect this output to the Secure/Communication Card's
Mains Power Fail input, as shown in the following page.
