AT+CLCK =
This command is used to lock, unlock or interrogate a ME or a network facility <fac>. Password is normally
needed for such actions. When querying the status of a network service (<mode>=2) the response line for 'not
<fac>, <mode>
active' case (<status>=0) should be returned only if service is not active for any <class>. It should be possible
[,<passwd>
to abort the command when network facilities are set or interrogated.
