Description
The blocks provides the shortest path and direction of motion for positioning a tool maga-
zine or turret (indexing axis).
The block is used for transferring data from the machine control panel (MCP milling ver-
sion compact) to the NC/PLC interface.
The block is used for transferring data from the machine control panel (MCP turning ver-
sion) to the NC/PLC interface.
The block is used for transferring data of the HT 8 to the NC/PLC interface.
Block transfers data to Ethernet CP.
Block receives data from Ethernet CP.
Description
Interface between user program and AL_MSG [FC10], contains bit arrays for blocking
and stop signals as well as fault and status messages.
Comment: If you use the DB2 variant "ExtendAlMsg = True", you must copy it from the
separate master copies folder "ALMSG_DB_ExtendAlMsg". The other folders contain
the variant "ExtendAlMsg = False".
Block contains configuration data for tool management and the parameterization of the
alarms for the bit fields in the ALMSG_DB [DB2] as fault or status message for the DB2
variant "ExtendAlMsg = False".
Interface between user program and AL_MSG [FC10], contains the parameterization of
the alarms for the bit fields in the ALMSG_DB [DB2] as fault or status message for the
DB2 variant "ExtendAlMsg = True".
Instance DB from RUN_UP [FB1]. Contains parameters for configuring operating com-
ponents and other parameters of the basic program.
