Purpose: Sets the 'state' of an executive (boss) station for display to calling stations.
The state of the executive station can be displayed when working with the Easyset appli-
cation (see your dealer for more information). It also allows you to set the answer mode
for executive/secretary calling.
The selectable options are:
EXEC STATE
STATE (IN)
STATE (OUT)
ANS MODE
Text messages are written using the keypad. Each key press moves the cursor and en-
ters the selected character.* For example, press the number "6" once to get the letter "M"
or the number "3" twice to get the letter "E." Continue selecting characters from the key-
pad to complete your message. Press the programmable

* Tip: When the character you want is on the same key as the previous character you typed in,
press the VOLUME Up key to move the cursor to the right, then select the character.

EXECUTIVE STATE
Select current status of executive (messages
0-9). The messages are:
IN THE ROOM
IN A MEETING
IN HOUSE
OUT OF TOWN
GONE HOME
SHORT TERM TRIP
LONG TERM TRIP
ON VACATION
OTHERS (IN)
OTHERS (OUT)
Enter additional information for current status
(executive IN)
Enter additional information for current status
(executive OUT)
Set answer mode for executive/secretary
calling: Ring, Auto Answer, Voice Announce.
