Modifying Voice Prompts
Certain of the VPS voice prompts can be changed at any
time by you, the Message Manager. Modifiable prompts
are used in the Automated Attendant service and the main
menu of the Voice Mail Service.

To modify prompts:

Dial an extension number which is connected to the Voice
(Voice Mail Service's
Mail Service.
Extension Number)
You will hear the prompt:
Good morning/Good evening
You have reached the voice processing system.

(Message Manager's
mailbox number)
Please enter the mailbox number of the person for whom
you wish to leave a message, followed by a pound sign.
To enter by name, please press a pound sign now.
If you are using a rotary telephone, please wait a moment.
For call transfer, press [O].
Press the star [*I, then enter the Message Manager's mail-
box number.
You will hear the prompt:
Please enter the password, followed by a pound sign.
