numbers that should be entered into the BRI Terminals. Most
BRI Terminals require a 10 digits number.
If the BRI Terminals require a SPID
Only], it is common to add a 3 digits number to the main
number.
For example;
Main number (1): 214-555-2225
Main number (2): 214-555-2226
SPID (1)
: 214-555-2225123
SPID (2)
: 214-555-2226123
SPIDs are required for NI-1 protocol and AT&T Point-to-
Multipoint. Devices that are set as AT&T Point-to-Point do
not use SPIDs.
