After Completing Copying or Transmission:

When users are restricted, <Access> must be pressed once the task is
completed. This prevents unauthorized usage after the current
operation is finished.
When <Access> is pressed, all settings for copy and facsimile functions
are reset, and the display returns to the user selection screen.
