Registering Abbreviated Numbers

Like One-Touch numbers, the Abbreviated numbers make it convenient and
easy to send facsimiles without the worry of dialing the wrong facsimile
number. Abbreviated Numbers are 3-digit numbers (000~499) that have been
pre-registered with destination information and communications data.
Before Starting Operations:
Up to 500 destinations can be registered (including 300 one-touch dial keys).
Make sure the facsimile number is registered correctly to avoid erroneous dialing.
The registered details can be modified, deleted, or used by the One-Touch keys.
Items to be registered:
Name

The abbreviated number key name can be named using up to 12
characters.
Destination's number

The facsimile number (up to 64 digits) of the destination, the
communications mode, whether international call, and F Code are
registered for each abbreviated number.
