The Year Register is used to hold the year information.

R0/WX : Read 0 and write has no effect on operation
This register holds the updated year value in binary form. For instance, year register of 61H represents year
2097. During reading the current value in year counter is read. The most significant bits read as "0". In
order to have proper operation, year value must be adequately set between 00H (0000000B or Year 2000)
and 7FH (1111111B or year 2127) inclusive. please note that only the latched value (not the value being
continuously updated in the counters) is read from register while RTCCRL:CL is equal to "1".
