Cleaning

Washing the Machine

Wash the machine as needed using water alone
or with a mild detergent. You may use a rag when
washing the machine.
Important:
Do not use brackish or reclaimed
water to clean the machine.
Important:
Do not use power-washing equipment
to wash the machine. Power-washing equipment
may damage the electrical system, loosen
important decals, or wash away necessary grease
at friction points. Avoid excessive use of water
near the control panel, engine, and battery.
Important:
Do not wash the machine with the
engine running. Washing the machine with the
engine running may result in internal engine
damage.

Storage

Storage Safety

Shut off the machine, remove the key, and wait
for all movement to stop before you leave the
operator's position. Allow the machine to cool
before adjusting, servicing, cleaning, or storing it.
The owner is responsible for periodically inspecting
the charging and storage areas or facilities and
review procedures to ensure that the requirements
are being followed.
Do not operate the machine in an enclosed
area without adequate ventilation. Ventilate the
maintenance and storage areas for machine to
remove flammable vapors (gasses), fumes, and
other flammable materials according to applicable
fire codes and ordinances.
Do not store the machine or fuel container where
there is an open flame, spark, or pilot light, such
as on a water heater or other appliance.

Storing the Machine

Position the machine on a level surface, shift

You can wash the machine

the control panel, lights, engine, and battery.
