Setting the parameter for slave function
Set the parameter to the RJ71DN91 slave node without using the engineering tool or auto configuration tool.

(0) The receiving byte and transmit byte are set to 16 bytes in the slave function receive/transmit size setting by the slave function parameter setting command.
The set parameters are written to 'Slave function receive size setting' (U2\G1550).
The slave function parameter setting command is turned off.
