2. If you are installing the coconut-fiber mat, drill a hole
(3/8 inch) in the mat at each clamp location, using the
mat retainer as a template

Mounting the Drag Mat Carrier
to the Traction Unit
No Parts Required
Procedure
1. Remove any attachment from the rear of the machine.
2. Lower the traction-unit adapter. Back the traction unit
into position in front of the attachment adapter.
Note: Make sure that the locking lever is pivoted to
the left (unlocked position) as viewed from the rear
of the machine.
3. Slide the attachment adapter onto the adapter on the
traction unit.
Note: Position the long leg of the lift-arm assembly
under the rear frame of the traction unit
