Possible causes for a 2020 Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo 1000 to crank but not fire after overheating include:
- No fuel supply (fuel pump inoperative, restricted fuel lines, clogged fuel injector) - Ignition failure (fouled spark plug, ignition component failure, weak spark) - Low compression (high cylinder leakage, valve clearance issues) - Fuel vapor lock (caused by overheating, preventing fuel flow) - Restricted engine breather system (preventing proper air circulation) - Sensor or electrical failures (failed throttle body, TPS sensor, or injector control circuit issues)
Checking fuel delivery, ignition components, and electrical connections can help diagnose the issue.
