Remedy
Touch [OK] to close the window, and then see
1.2 Shutting Down the CXDI (→ page 5),
and turn off the CXDI.
When these errors occur, note the error code
and contact a Canon representative or
distributor.
Touch [OK] to close the window. As image
quality cannot be guaranteed, take an image
again.
Touch [OK] to close the dialogue window.
Lower the temperature of the room where the
sensor unit is installed, or wait until the
temperature in the sensor unit drops.
Touch [OK] to close the window, and then see
1.2 Shutting Down the CXDI (→ page 5),
and turn off the CXDI.
When these errors occur, note the error code
and contact a Canon representative or
distributor.
Touch [OK] to close the window. As image
quality cannot be guaranteed, take an image
again.
• After confirming that the network is normal,
touch [RETRY].
• Touch [CANCEL] to close the window, and
then see Setup Guide and set the
parameters.
• If running the software offline, check that
the output status of the process viewer is
[IDLE]. If output status is [SEND], change it
to [IDLE].
