8. Calibration

8.1 Setting the Parameters

Calibration is used to adjust the X-ray sensitivity of the sensor unit.
Perform calibration in the following cases.
1. When a warning message is displayed
2. When the exposure conditions are changed significantly
3. When the density of the image does not appear as desired

Display the calibration screen.
From the exposure screen, touch [SYSTEM] > [CALIBRATION].

Calibration Screen
The date and time of the last calibration exposure
The number of times that calibration exposures will be made.
Displayed when the sensor unit using the movable grid is
selected.
Starting from the top, the parameters are displayed in the
following order: X-ray tube voltage, X-ray tube current,
exposure time, mAs value, and tube-sensor distance.
Grid name used previously. It is not displayed for sensor units
CXDI-11 and CXDI-12.
The time until a warning is displayed for performing the next
calibration.
Enter a memo as required.
The grid name currently being used. It is not displayed for
sensor units CXDI-11 and CXDI-12.
