SW LIMITS: Sets CW and CCW software rotation limits.
CALIBRATION STATUS: Shows status of the rotator calibration.
ANT #1/2/3:
NAME: Sets the name of an antenna.
OFFSET: Sets mounting offset of an additional antenna to the main antenna.
Please note, ANT #1 is main antenna setting up base direction.
ENABLE: Enables support for an additional antenna installed with the direction offset on
the same rotator. Additional antenna can be selected by touching Antenna button on the
main screen.
BIDIR: Enables bidirectional support for dipoles or beams with bidirectional feature like
SteppIR or UltraBeam. Great circle shows shortened bidirectional needle and rotator
turns by shortest way to the target.
LINK: Enables antenna to be controlled over the local LINK network.
LAN ENABLED: Connects ARCO to the local Ethernet LAN network.
Please note. To avoid network conflicts while parameters are edited LAN connection is
automatically disabled if any further LAN parameter is changed. Connection needs to be
manually re-enabled before you leave this menu.
USE DHCP: Enables automatic IP configuration from an external DHCP server (usually router).
IP ADDR: Manually assigns ARCO IP address.
MASK: Manually assigns network mask.
GATEWAY: Manually assigns Gateway IP address.
DNS: Manually assigns DNS server IP address.
USE NETWORK TIME (NTP): Enables time synchronization
with the Internet time server.
NTP SERVER: Defines time server address.
CONTROL PROTOCOL: Enables and defines type of the control protocol and TCP port number
used for ARCO control over the LAN. It also shows number of active connections. ARCO allows
max. four (4) parallel LAN connections. ARCO supports Yaesu, DCU-1/Rotor EZ and SPID HR
0.1º control protocols.
