Refreshing Your Service Center Connection

This option reconnects you to your Service Center and refreshes the
IP30 services' settings.
To refresh your Service Center connection
1. In the Navigation Bar, click Services > Refresh.
IP30 reconnects to the Service Center. Your service settings
are refreshed.

Configuring Your Account

The configure option allows you to access your service center,
which offers additional configuration options for your account.
To configure your account
1. In the Navigation Bar, click Services > Configure.
The service center website opens.
