Operation and overview of features

6.1

Access to MELCloud via app or mobile internet (tablet or smartphone)

SUPPORTED DEVICES
MELCloud is available as an app for the newest mobile devices of common manufacturers such as Samsung, Apple and
Google. This includes Apple iOS and android devices.
SUPPORTED MOBILE WEB BROWSERS
The MELCloud web application works with most of the newest web browsers by Microsoft, Google and Apple as well as
with other web browsers found on the newest mobile devices. However, the operation and appearance of the software
application may be different in the various browsers.
DOWNLOAD
The MELCloud app can be downloaded from the various app stores. Simply search for "MELCloud" or follow the direct
link on the homepage https://innovations.mitsubishi-les.com/de/steuerungen/melcloud. The app can be downloaded and
used free of charge.
REGISTRATION
You have to register before MELCloud can be used to control your units. Detailed information on user and unit registration
can be found in section "6.3 First Steps in MELCloud" on page 30.
LOGIN
Once you have successfully registered as a user and accepted the general terms and conditions of MELCloud, log in with
the user name and password that you used to register. Detailed information can be found in section "6.3 First Steps in
MELCloud" on page 30.
LOGOUT
To log out of the MELCloud app, click "Settings" and then "Logout" to close the application.
To log out of the MELCloud in the mobile web browser, click in the top right corner on the icon "Logout" to close the ap-
plication.
