front of the sample gas inlet of the
OXYMAT 7. Install clamping
screw on reference gas inlet/gas
outlet.
● Install sample gas restrictor in the
sample gas outlet of the
OXYMAT 7. Install clamping
screw on reference gas inlet and
sample gas inlet.

sample gas restrictor at
the inlet of the rear, sec‐
ond module with a
clamping screw.
