Checking the BIOS DIP Switch Setting of the CTU Board

CAUTION
Before using the CTU board, ensure that the BIOS DIP switch is set to the running mode of state A.

a: The system parameter area includes NE IP address, gateway IP address, subnet mask, NE ID,
extended ID, node ID of the ASON NE, and route ID.
b: The database includes NE configuration data, such as user names of the NE and service configurations.
Indicates the normal running status.
Enables the board to stay in the BIOS state (or 55 state). In this
state, the NE IP address is always 129.9.0.5 and the board cannot
boot even though NE software is present.
Clears the system parameter area.
Clears the database in the flash memory.
Clears all the data in the flash memory except the board
manufacturing information. The data includes the file system data,
system parameter area, and extended BIOS. The upper-layer part
of BIOS is not started.
