Installing CTU and UCXCS Boards
Slots available for the CTU and UCXCS boards

NOTE
When installing boards, ensure that there is no vacant slot. Other slots must be installed with boards or filler panels.
CAUTION
For a CTU board, both ends of its front panel and the
edge of its slot are purple. For an UCXCS board,
both ends of its front panel and the edge of its slot
are red. Pay attention to the colors when installing
the CTU and UCXCS boards.

Press and hold the micro switches of the ejector
levers to fully raise the ejector levers on both sides to
maximize the angles between the ejector levers and
the panel. Gently insert the board along the guide
rails into the slot until the board is fully seated in the
slot.

Hold the ejector levers inwards to secure the board in the slot.
Tighten the screws on the front panel.

The board design is foolproof. If you feel a blockage
when inserting a board into a slot, pull it out and
check whether the board was correctly inserted or
whether its type is correct. Do not forcibly insert the
board.
Remove the screws from the filler panel, pull the
ejector levers outwards, and then withdraw the filler
panel from the slot.
