Installing PSU and EFI Boards
CAUTION
Wear an ESD wrist strap or ESD
gloves during operations.
PSU/EFI installation area
NOTE
Ensure that the EFI and PSU boards are
properly installed.
Installing an EFI board:
Insert the EFI board into the equipment with
steady force and push the handles to align the
EFI board panel with the subrack, ensuring that
the EFI board is fully seated in the subrack.
Installing a PSU board:
Push the PSU board into the equipment with
steady and push the handles to align the PSU
board panel with the subrack, ensuring that the
PSU board is fully seated in the subrack.

CAUTION
The board is designed for easy installation. If you feel a
blockage when inserting a board into a slot, remove the board
and check whether it was inserted correctly or whether it is of
the correct type. Do not use force to insert the board.
