Restart the host machine in service mode

After the host machine is switched off using the power switch an errorcode (11506 Connection
lost) will occur. The PRISMAsync has to be restarted to resolve this error.
To reduce the time necessary to restart the PRISMAsync in such a case, two situations are
described below to restart the host machine only.
Restart host machine in Service Mode
1. In Service Mode, switch off the host machine. The following screen will be displayed:
In the bar the error code 11506 is shown and the message "Press moon button to continue" is
displayed.
2. Press the [Sleep] button.
• After this the error will be reset. If you do not press this button and you will switch to
normal user mode the error screen will be displayed.
3. The Service screen will not function now because the host machine is off. You might get the
following screen.
4. Switch on the host machine. After a few seconds the buttons will turn green again.
Restart host machine in Normal Mode
1. In Normal mode switch off the host machine with the power switch. The following screen will
appear.
