Procedure
Step 1 Install floating nuts on the rack.
Step 2 Install mounting ears on the ECC500.
Step 3 Hold the mounting ears of the ECC500, and place it on the guide rails in the rack.
Step 4 Push the ECC500 inside the rack to ensure that the mounting ears are level with the columns
in the rack.
Step 5 Partially tighten each screw in the four mounting holes of the mounting ears using an M6
Phillips screwdriver.

4.3.1 Overview

The following cables need to be connected for the ECC500:

Ground cable
RJ45 communication cable
Dry contact signal cable
DC power cable
Sensor signal cable
Cables are connected to the ECC500 based on site requirements.
