3.5 Setting Security Parameters

Context
You can set the password for accessing Advanced Settings on the touch panel. This password
helps protect conference control information on the touch panel.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose
Step 2 In Current password, enter the current password. By default, no password is set.
Step 3 In New password and Confirm password, enter a new password.
Step 4 Tap OK.

Follow-up Procedure
If you forget this password, select Huawei Telepresence from the touch panel's application
list and tap Clear Data. After you remove the custom data, you must set the connection
parameters again to connect to the telepresence host. If the connection to the telepresence host
fails and a message is displayed to indicate that another user has logged in, reconnect to the
telepresence host after 2 minutes.

3.6 Setting General Conference Parameters

Context
Before placing calls, set general conference parameters.
