Administrator Guide
The touch panel connects to the telepresence host over a Wi-Fi network. From the touch panel,
you can hold conferences and perform conference control operations.

3.1 Powering on the Touch Panel

Procedure
Step 1 Check that the battery is installed in the touch panel or that the touch panel is connected to a
power supply.
Step 2 Press and hold the Power key for at least 2 seconds.

3.2 Setting Connection Parameters

Context
When you use the touch panel to log in to the telepresence system for the first time, set the
parameters of the wireless network and telepresence host. The following uses the procedure
for setting WLAN connection parameters on an ASUS touch panel as an example:

The battery life is limited. Therefore, connect the touch panel to a power supply using the power adapter
for long-duration conferences.
Tap Apps on the touch panel. On the displayed application screen, tap Settings >
Wireless & networks and then WLAN to allow the touch panel to automatically search
for wireless networks.
Tap WLAN Settings. On the displayed WLAN networks screen, tap the desired
connected wireless network under WLAN networks. To connect to an unconnected
wireless network, set the parameters listed in
