7.7 Viewing Video Displayed on a Specified Screen
Context
During multipoint conferences that includes tri-screen telepresence sites, you can choose to
view the video displayed on the left, center, or right HD display at such a site.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 In the HD display area on the home screen, flick your finger left or right on the site icon to
view the video displayed on the left or right HD display of the site (video from the center HD
display is shown by default).

7.8 Disconnecting a Site
Context
The chair site can disconnect any site from the conference. After a site is disconnected, its
icon remains in the site list on the conference control screen. The chair site can call the site to
rejoin the conference.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap the desired site in the site list.
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 In the displayed dialog box, tap OK.

7.9 Adding Sites
Context
The chair site can add sites not on the conference control screen from the contacts list or
keypad to the conference using the Add Site function.
Procedure
Step 1 In the conference controls list, tap Add Site.
Step 2 Select the sites you want to add to the conference.
