3.8 Customizing Conference Control Functions

Context
You can customize which buttons are displayed in the conference and site control lists.

Description
Specifies whether the presentation sharing function is enabled.
Disable: No
Presentation: Yes
Specifies the mode for answering incoming calls at your site. It is
recommended that you set this parameter to Auto.
Manual: Calls must be answered manually.
Auto: Calls are answered automatically.
Specifies whether media stream encryption is enabled for a conference.
Insecure conference: not encrypted
Secure media conference: encrypted
Specifies the voice activation sensitivity for multipoint conferences.
High: Voice activation is performed even when the voice volume is
low.
Medium: Voice activation is performed when the voice volume is
medium to high.
Low: Voice activation is performed when the voice volume is high.
Specifies the interval for switching between sites when the function for
viewing sites in turn is enabled. The value ranges from 5s to 3600s.
Specifies the default conference access number. This parameter is
available only when the system supports the PassCode function.
Specifies the prefix you must add when dialing an eSpace number. This
parameter is available only when the eSpace tab is displayed on the
contacts screen.
Specifies whether a point-to-point call is given priority. If you select this
option, the system preferentially places a point-to-point call to a site.
Specifies whether a presentation is plug-and-share. If you select this
option and the TP1102 is in use during a conference, the TP1102
automatically shares a presentation when a presentation source is plugged
in.
