Follow-up Procedure
After the passwords are changed, you must enter new passwords to log in to the Telepresence
System Manager and the touch panel again.

2.2.4 Setting H.323 and SIP Parameters

The telepresence system supports H.323 and SIP. Before placing calls, set the registration
parameters for each protocol.
Context
If H.323 or SIP is used for video communication, you need to set H.323 and SIP parameters
for the codec. After registering with the GK or SIP server, the telepresence system can place
calls to remote telepresence sites using their IP addresses, numbers, and names (if already
defined in the contacts list).
Procedure
Step 1 On the Telepresence System Manager, click System Settings on the menu bar. Click the
H.323/SIP tab.
Step 2 Set the H.323 and SIP parameters.
Step 3 Click Save to save your settings.

2.2.5 Setting Security and Service Parameters

Context
On the Telepresence System Manager, you can set the administrator's phone number and the
security and service parameters for H.323 video conferences.
Procedure
Step 1 On the Telepresence System Manager, click System Settings on the menu bar. Click the
Security and Service tab.
Step 2 Set the security and service parameters.
Step 3 Click Save to save your settings.

If 4E1 lines are used to hold conferences, set the following 4E1 parameters: call account, call
password, clock mode, and sensitivity.
