6.5 Fire Alarm Bell Fault





Procedure
Step 1 Check whether the power supply to the fire alarm bell is abnormal.
Trigger a smoke alarm and a temperature alarm when the cable is removed from the solenoid
valve, and observe whether the fire alarm bell rings. Use a multimeter to measure the two
terminals of the alarm bell, and check whether the voltage is within normal range.
Y => Go to
N => Regulate the voltage to a normal value.
Check whether the fault is rectified.


Step 2 Replace the fire alarm bell.
Check whether the fault is rectified.


Step 3 Check the connection between the fire alarm bell and the controller.
Use a multimeter to check whether there is any short circuit or open circuit.
Y => Rectify the connection fault.
Check whether the fault is rectified.


N => Contact Huawei technical support.
