Description
A class classified by CC-Link Partner Association (www.cc-link.org) from a function and performance of the module
corresponding to CC-Link IE TSN and a switching hub. There are two authentication Classes: A and B, and authentication
Class B for the RJ71GN11-T2.
A memory in an intelligent function module, where data (such as setting values and monitoring values) are stored.
When integrated into the CPU module, this memory refers to a memory for storing data such as setting values and
monitored values of the Ethernet function, and data used for data communication of the multiple CPU system function.
Includes the following:
• CC-Link IE TSN
• CC-Link IE Controller Network ( MELSEC iQ-R CC-Link IE Controller Network User's Manual (Application))
• CC-Link IE Field Network ( MELSEC iQ-R CC-Link IE Field Network User's Manual (Application))
Time required for all the stations on the network to transmit data. The cyclic data transfer processing time varies depending
on data volume and the number of transient transmission requests.
A function by which data are periodically exchanged among stations on the same network using link devices
A cyclic transmission, a transient transmission
An instruction for using the functions of a module
Memory in a CPU module. There are two types of devices: a bit device and a word device.
A process to stop a data link with a faulty station and disconnect the station from the network
A tool used for setting up programmable controllers, programming, debugging, and maintenance
A device supporting IP communication (such as personal computers)
The following modules when the Ethernet function is used
• RJ71EN71
• CPU module
An authentication Class A hub authorized by CC-Link Partner Association
A label that is enabled for all program data when creating multiple program data in the project. There are two types of
global label: a module specific label (module label), which is generated automatically by GX Works3, and an optional label,
which can be created for any specified device.
A module that has functions other than input and output, such as an A/D converter module and D/A converter module
A label that represents a device in a given character string
A link relay of a link device. Bit data send from each station of the network.
A device in a module on CC-Link IE
Data transfer between a link device in a network module and a device in a CPU module. Link refresh is performed in the
END processing of the CPU module's sequence scan.
A station that performs cyclic transmission and transient transmission with the master station and other local stations
A link register of a link device. Word data send from each station of the network.
A station that controls the entire network. This station can perform cyclic transmission and transient transmission with all
stations. Only one master station can be used in a network.
A label that represents one of memory areas (I/O signals and buffer memory areas) specific to each module in a given
character string. For the module used, GX Works3 automatically generates this label, which can be used as a global label.
Includes the following:
• Ethernet interface module
• Module on CC-Link IE TSN
• CC-Link IE Controller Network module
• Module on CC-Link IE Field Network
• MELSECNET/H network module
• MELSECNET/10 network module
• RnENCPU (network part)
A station that includes two or more network modules. Data link is passed through this station to stations on other networks.
A station that exchanges I/O signals (bit data) and I/O data (word data) with another station by cyclic transmission. This
station can perform transient transmission.
A station reserved for future use. This station is not actually connected, but counted as a connected station
A process of restarting data link when a faulty station recovers from an error
A remote register of the link device. This refers to word data input from a slave station to the master station. (For some
areas in a local station, data are input in the opposite direction.)
A remote register of the link device. This refers to word data output from the master station to a slave station. (For some
areas in a local station, data are output in the opposite direction.)
