Crowbar resistor
Du/dt filter
Du/dt filters suppress voltage spikes and rapid voltage changes that stress the rotor
insulation. Du/dt filters are included in the rotor-side converter modules.

All the control electronics are installed in a control frame in the auxiliary control
cubicle, separate from other cubicles. See sections
