Solution Partner Applications

Ring Back Tone Server
The ring back tone server provides the ring back tone service. When the ring back tone
server is connected, the caller can hear the ring back tone while the call is being connected.
Voice Mail System (VMS) Server
Working together with the voice mail call processing system, this application provides
services for transferring calls to the user's number with voice announcement (auto
attendant), taking voice mail when the user is unavailable, etc.
Transcription Server
Currently, only IP packet mirroring type transcription servers can be connected.
Using an IP packet mirroring type transcription server requires configuring the IP network
equipment. No additional configuration is needed on the IPX-S300B.
Standard SIP Method
The IPX-S300B uses the standard SIP protocol to provide interfacing with application
servers such as SIP conference server, SIP VMS server, SIP IVR, and SIP UMS server.
Standard CSTA Method
The IPX-S300B uses the standard CSTA Phase-II protocols to provide interfacing with any
external application servers such as ACD server and IP relay server.
