Execution of the wave output function

This section describes the execution procedures for the wave output function. Execute the contents in this section after the
initial setting of the wave output function.
Registering wave output data
Register the wave output data created with "Create Wave Output Data" of the engineering tool to the D/A converter module.
Use the function block (FB) for the wave output data registration. For how to use the function block (FB) for the wave output
data registration, refer to the following.

■When a remote head module is used
When the D/A converter module is mounted together with the remote head module, function blocks (FBs) cannot be used. For
how to transfer the parameter settings of the wave data and the wave output function created with "Create Wave Output Data"
of the engineering tool to the D/A converter module, refer to the following.

D/A conversion enable/disable setting
Change the value of 'CH1 D/A conversion enable/disable setting' (Un\G500) using a program or a function block.
In this case, register the wave data settings and the parameter settings of the wave output function first, and then change the
setting of D/A conversion enable/disable setting.
Precautions
D/A conversion enable/disable setting can also be set with the module parameters.
1.
Set "D/A conversion enable/disable setting" to "Enable".

"D/A conversion enable/disable function"
When the setting is configured by the procedure described above, a wave pattern data points setting range error (error code:
1D5H) occurs if the setting content is activated by resetting the CPU module or by turning off and on the power supply. This
error occurs because the wave pattern data points setting is set to 0 (default value) for the channel where the D/A conversion
is enabled.
To clear this error, register the wave output data and turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9). (Page 49
