1-15-4. Cleaning of LRD-001

1. Remove LRD-001. (Refer to Section 1-4-4.)

2. Remove the four screws, then remove the cover (A).

When removing the cover (A), do not loosen the screws of the illumination range adjustment plate.

3. Remove the four screws, then remove the cover (B).

4. Remove the PS converter, ﬁ rst ﬂ y-eye, second ﬂ y-eye, collimator, ﬁ rst collecting lens, second collect-

ing lens and aperture, then clean them.
