6.3.3 Error information
When an error occurs while downloading,
the error inforrhation is displayed on the CNC display screen.
Errors are broadly classified into two types: Errors detected on the CNC side (mainly MCP), and
errors
detected in individual axes on the amplifier side. Because errors detected on the CNC side are related
to the MCP operation, the MCP process in which the error was detected is simultaneously
interrupted
when the error is detected. Because the errors detected on the amplifier side are in individual axes, the
process will continue as long as normal axes remain.
(1) CNC side errors
Error message
*** lnit error ***
Details and main causes
MCP initialization error. There is an error in the MCP e-port
memory, or an exception occurred in the MCP.
*** MCP error. Mcpsts t ?? ***
An error occurred in the MCP. This is mainly a
communication
error. (mcpsts = 51). (*Supplement)
A fixed time passed, but there was no answer from the
*** MCP deadlock error t**
MCP to the CNC. This occurs when an exception, etc.,
occurs in the MCP.

is also displayed.
