VI. Dealer Sales/Service Authorization
To become authorized to sell, service and maintain the imagePRESS C800/C700
Series a dealership must have:
•
Two (2) technicians who have successfully completed the imagePRESS
C800/C700 Series Training Program.
•
One (1) Systems Engineer who has successfully completed the imagePRESS
C7000VP Systems Training Program (EFI Controller based) and/or the
PRISMA Systems Training Program (PRISMAsync Controller based).
VII. Educational Training
The learning path for a service technicians to secure certification to service and
maintain the imagePRESS C800/C700 is based on the current imageRUNNER
ADVANCE and/or imagePRESS product training.
The blended training program is offered in formats to optimize learning and
minimize the need to travel to a Canon facility to attend classroom training. The
formats are as follows:
•
Online Training – students must complete online material before attending an
Instructor-led session
•
Instructor-led Training (ILT) – available at each of our Canon Regional
Training Facilities
•
Virtual Instructor-led – an Instructor-led session conducted via a WebEx
session.
